The Bible always reveals God’s love in terms of action. Christians are called to love people in the same way. The Church supports a range of ministries which bring practical support to those in need – providing clothes to immigrants who have become homeless, or preparing meals for people who are in distress or under family pressures. Sometimes love takes the form of a nice warm coffee on a cold winter’s night, handed to people whose lives have fallen apart.
